Beautiful, relaxing and the place to be spoiled!
To start with, the staff, especially Jillian and Joseph, were top notch. From arrival to departure, our needs were surpassed by the attentiveness and efficiency of the staff.
The hotel itself is a zen masterpiece. The public areas, with their water features, calm your senses even before entering your room. Hidden massage tables in the bathroom area, luxurious beds, giant champagne tubs, and private patios are your own private paradise.
Matt, the concierge, easily handles dinner reservations, tastings, and whatever you need.
Lucy, the restaurant, was fantastic. As a matter of fact, after exhausting days of wine tastings (hey, someone’s gotta do it), we would order room service from Lucy. Everything on their menu (especially the beet salad and the risotto) was amazingly prepared and so very fresh. Breakfast pastries come from Bouchon, so be sure to enjoy the scones!
The hotel is in the middle of Yountville, so restaurants (and wine tastings) are within walking distance. The town is so beautiful, with gardens and fun buildings, walking trails (take the one behind the hotel to the gorgeous neighborhood behind) and happy people.

Exquisite Property & Flawless Service
Having seen the reviews, we were expecting something beyond wonderful. We got even more. Bardessono was simply extraordinary in combining an exquisitely beautiful setting and room experience with flawless service and a wonderful location, all while maintaining a Californian ease and comfort that makes the guest feel quite at home. From the moment my car door was opened for me on arrival, the staff bent over backwards to make our stay (a belated anniversary trip) special and memorable. Our booked basic King was immediately upgraded to their coveted Tufa Suite with 750 sq feet of luxurious, modern but comfortable living space. It had everything you could possibly want – a comfortable king bed with a fireplace, a living room with a comfortable couch and fireplace, dinner seating for 4, ample closet space, a jacuzzi tub, a huge shower/sauna, an outdoor shower and a large personal patio. All of this was done in beautiful sleek lines with gorgeous wood, tile and polished services. Yountville’s restaurants, shops and parks were in easy walking distance, although the hotel happily provided us with free car service to and from our restaurant one evening when it was quite chilly. A bucket of champagne was left for us in our room the first evening with a nice note celebrating our anniversary and the second night candles and a beautiful bath were set up for us when we returned from our restaurant. Such thoughtful and subtle touches were everywhere and every question and need was met with an immediate and positive response. Beautifully done and an experience to remember and hopefully repeat someday. 5 of 5 stars, no question.

Fantastic Spot to Stay in Napa Valley!
Pretty perfect on all accounts! Great architecture, art, grounds, with a full spa and nice elevated heated swimming pool! The restaurant Lucy is small, intimate and excellent for breakfast and dinner! Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Right in the middle of Yountville makes walking to restaurants or wine tastings very easy….and driving to other spots in Napa also very handy! Highly recommended!

An Oasis in the Valley
The staff is excellent and very accommodating. The room was excellent with great amenities and good free wifi connection. The environment is great, too. There are plenty of well kept gardens around th walk ways and outside the rooms. There is art all around and nice areas with water ponds or running water. It really felt that you were getting away from the rest of the world as soon as you enter the premises. We really were impressed and we would like to stay there again.
