Every resort guest room suite has been designed to transform into a personal spa for you to enjoy any massage or bath in complete comfort, privacy and serenity.

*Spa menu prices (except Wellness Therapies) are inclusive of a 21% service charge which is distributed 100% to and divided among spa team members. Any additional gratuity provided is distributed 100% to your practitioner. Pool access is included for non-hotel guests receiving a minimum of a 60-minute service Monday-Thursday.

Non-hotel guests who have a 50-minute or longer spa service are welcome to use the infrared sauna, heated rooftop swimming pool and hot tub complimentary before and after spa appointments from 9am - 6pm. Please make arrangements in advance as availability is not always guaranteed.

Welcome to b Spa, your destination for Wellbeing and restoration. We are delighted to offer you a uniquely authentic Napa Valley spa experience in a quaint, eco-conscious environment.

To better serve you, we invite you to review our spa etiquette. A member of the spa team is on-hand and will be happy to answer any questions.

Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled treatment time to check-in and change into a comfortable robe and slippers prior to treatment.

We welcome non-hotel guests (day guests) at our Spa Monday-Friday based upon availability.

Non-hotel guests who have a 50-minute or longer spa service are welcome to use the infrared sauna, heated swimming pool and hot tub complimentary before and after spa appointments Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays). On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, non-hotel guests who have a 50-minute or longer spa service may purchase a pool pass for an additional $40 per person based upon availability. Please make arrangements in advance as availability is not always guaranteed.

Daybed reservations are available at resortpass.com based upon availability.

Prior to the start of treatment, you will be asked brief medical questions in the treatment room with your therapist. Please indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by your treatment, such as high blood pressure, allergies, limitations of treatment, etc.

To offer an atmosphere of relaxation, no cell phone use is permitted in the spa.

In-Room Spa Service

Your Bardessono Spa Suite is singularly designed to transform into a personal spa, where you may enjoy tailored treatments in the unhurried luxury and privacy of your room. A Spa Butler arrives 15-30 minutes prior to treatment to prepare the space accordingly. Bath services that immediately follow massage service will require an attendant to draw bath in advance. Water temperature may vary. Following your treatment, a service button located next to the front door, is readily available for guests to alert the spa staff to retrieve spa items.

Dress

Please feel free to wear your robe and slippers to the b Spa Therapy Center. Please have a robe on when expecting guestroom spa services. You will be fully draped for all treatments.

Reservations

You may schedule your spa appointments any time by conveniently dialing 6050 from your room phone or calling direct at 707.204.6050. Reservations are encouraged. A major credit card is required to secure all spa appointments.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact the spa directly at 707.204.6050.

24 hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee of 100%.

Disconnect to Reconnect

Cell phone use is not permitted in the b Spa Therapy Center.

Spa Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give a 24-hour notice to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. "No Shows" will be charged the full treatment price. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin promptly. In this case, you will be charged the full amount of your originally scheduled treatment.
